Al-Qahtani: experts discuss the regulations and the new real estate regulations
The Chamber real estate Committee examined the importance of accelerating the implementation of real estate in the Kingdom and courts during a recent Committee meeting at the Chamber headquarters in Dammam. The Chairman said that the meeting was chaired by Dr. Ayedh Alqahtani that adoption of the Court would contribute to the advancement of the sector and attract investment to the region, adding that the members discussed and emphasized its role in safeguarding the rights of investors in this vital sector. It also reviewed the timetable and programs for the events ' housing and real estate financing ' organized by the Chamber under the patronage of the Minister of housing Dr Shaweesh bin Saud Al-duweihi at headquarters main Thursday Nov. 26, the most important work done. In the same context, said Al-Qahtani to government officials and specialists are searching a number of important issues and topics in the real estate sector, where the participating papers within the scientific program of the Symposium.

Qahtani said the seminar aims to highlight the national housing strategy and strengthen the partnership between the private sector and the Ministry of housing and real estate laws and regulations and identify the role of mortgage and housing, and to enable experts and professionals to exchange information and experiences on good housing environment, and discuss the factors contributing to improve neighborhoods and make it more dynamic and a new perspective of urban neighborhoods, social, security and environmental and esthetic, and models to address the needs of the population in residential areas and interact with environmental and economic effects for pointing. The symposium aims to draw a picture of the reality of housing, new real estate laws and regulations, financing institutions real estate. Al Qahtani explained that a number of specialists and experts will debate and research and successful experiences in service sector and upgrade its products.
